There will be a party goin’ on right here on Main Street in Liverpool on the opening night of our festival, Oct. 13. And everybody is invited!
For the official opening night of the Liverpool International Theatre Festival, the South Queens Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Liverpool Sunset Market & Block Party.
Catch all the theatre troupes set to perform at the festival as they march in our Parade of Flags at 5:30 p.m. into the Astor Theatre.
Then come out for some sunset shopping and a food crawl right on Main Street.
At 7:15 p.m., you can catch an amazing show on the Astor Theatre stage by Smile Group Canada to open our festival.
After that performance, you can join the block party with a main stage performance by Shameless, until 9:30 p.m.
Did we mention that everything is free? It’s free!
So, party with us indoors and outdoors, take in some great theatre and have fun with a great band too.
