We are pleased to introduce our LITF 2024
Adjudicator Jennifer Scott-Reid
Jennifer Scott-Reid has over 35 years experience in all aspects of theatre, including several productions at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She has lead theatre workshops and a residential theatre school with the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC).
Jennifer is a founder member of ‘Act Too’ which offers drama workshops for all abilities and the theatre group ‘Drama Queens’ – which is self-explanatory.
Jennifer has extensive Festival experience and has been active in local, community and professional theatre as a performer, director, choreographer and stage manager, and is an award winning director and actor. She joined the Guild of Drama Adjudicators (GoDA) in 2011, encouraged by the beloved late Rex Walford.
She has adjudicated throughout England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland, including the British and National Finals and is honoured to be making her first trip to Nova Scotia to adjudicate the 2024 Liverpool International Theatre Festival.
She is very much looking forward to seeing an excitingly eclectic range of performances during the competition, and experiencing the wonderful and renowned Nova Scotia hospitality.
