The Liverpool International Theatre Festival 2012 is fast approaching and we're reaching out to past participants to personally invite you to apply to attend this exciting festival hosted every two years in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Attached is the application form for the 2012 festival. We hope you will consider coming back to our festival once again, to renew acquaintances, greet old friends and make new ones.
It costs nothing to submit an entry to LITF. The deadline for this call for applications is August 31, 2011. The Artistic Director will then sort through the applications and select the performances we would like to feature in 2012. If successful you will receive an invitation to participate in the festival by September 30th. You will then need to confirm your participation in the festival, and submit an entry fee of $50 Cdn by November 15, 2011.
Having attended our festival in the past, you know that LITF works hard to make the festival experience enjoyable and rewarding. The town people open their doors and hearts to visitors performing at LITF. You will have free transportation to and from the Halifax airport, accommodation in local private homes, food vouchers to offset the cost of food, and the warm hospitality of the Maritimes.
